Basically Me
I grew up in Northern Colorado (NoCo) and can’t imagine a better place to live, work and play. My husband, Charlie and I call Horseshoe Lake in Loveland home. We love the central location for taking advantage of everything this region has to offer.
I’ve been an active part of the Junior League of Fort Collins since 2011, and I’m on the Board of Directors for the McKee Wellness Foundation. NoCo is full of local advocates and community minded people who have helped me get to where I am today.
There is nothing I love more than sharing my passion for NoCo with others. Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in the Communications and Public Involvement Office at the City of Fort Collins. Since then I became a Certified Tourism Ambassador and live to share the beauty of this incredible place with my clients, friends, and neighbors. Let me help you discover what NoCo has to offer.

Made My Life Much Easier
As a 64 year old who has owned many homes in many states over the years, including both primary residences and rental properties, I can give Mayan my highest recommendation. We have been looking for a home in Fort Collins to be closer to grand babies. We especially wanted a home in the Old Town vicinity. Mayan not only found us a great 1901 bungalow with the character we cherish, but it includes a small rental unit we can utilize, so it’s a perfect option. But the thing that impressed me the most was the fact that she outlined all the critical dates in the contract and would follow-up as each date approached. I usually have to ask the Title Company for that type of information but Mayan provided it early in the process without having to be asked. That made my life much easier.
