My husband and I go to a progressive dinner every holiday season. We were assigned the appetizer course, so I put together a charcuterie board and wanted to add some fun and color. This cranberry salsa is a family favorite and this was my first go at it. A big thanks to my mom for sharing the recipe!
Cranberry Salsa
Roughly chop:
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/4 Onion
1/2 Red Pepper
3 tbsp Jalapeno
1 lb Cranberries
Add to food processor and pulse until desired consistency
Add:
3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1/3 cup Apple Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
Mix and Enjoy!!
